Before takeoff, everything about the flight is explained; how the helicopter works, where you’re going, what you’re going to do, and why things are done a certain way. There's plenty of 'stick time' for the first-time student. You’ll be flying with a Certified Helicopter Flight Instructor who has more than 1,000-hours of instructor time. If you already have your airplane rating, you’re entitled to log the time.

At a minimum, the flight includes a half-hour of ground instruction and another half-hour of flight time. However, you should have about two-hours free for questions and answers, and photos after the flight.
